Dr. Spitzer is a licensed clinical psychologist who integrates clients' values and strengths into evidence-based therapy to create meaningful change. She has advanced certifications in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and perinatal mental health (PMH-C).

I specialize in trauma therapy for PTSD. I also offer CBT and ACT for anxiety and depression. I have advanced certification in perinatal mental health, including infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and NICU experiences. I also have a unique interest in helping individuals navigate chronic illness, difficult medical events and diagnoses, and managing the role of being a caregiver to an individual with medical complexity or disability.
